Our Mission
The Educator’s Forum workshops offers comprehensive coaching and professional development led by Naima Dawson. Each session explores how to implement culturally responsive content and innovative hands-on strategies, while recognizing how to address unhealthy disruptors, that comprises the integrity of the learning environment.
There is a large population of underrepresented young creatives who are bubbling over with imaginative and remarkable ideas, but do not have a safe space where they can bring their ideas to life. For this reason Naima A. Dawson created Forward Arts Movement (F.A.M), to empower underrepresented youth in the arts. Every workshop focuses on the social and educational development of young creatives. Our mobile workshops are safe spaces inclusive of all creative voices.
